Host had timely and effective communication, however the listing isn't quite accurate nor is the property well-kept. The outside couch was broken and unusable. The hot tub required substantial cleaning before it was able to be used. Inside of the home, there are cobwebs and spiders in most corners of the rooms along with several defects in the paint or areas of walls that have been damaged. The neighborhood isn't appealing and leaves a lot to the imagination. While Tyler is a kind and responsive host, I wouldn't recommend this property at it's current state.

The oven and Internet were not working when we arrived. Tyler was quick to offer possible solutions and then followed up the next day by delivering a new oven and resolving the Internet issue. The beds were comfortable and kitchen was adequate. Fabulous location and we enjoyed ourselves. Thanks for hosting us Tyler!

Clean place, not far from downtown Louisville, and the host was very responsive.

This was a great property for our group. Everyone had their own space and the rooms were comfortable. The games were awesome except there was not a ball for the volleyball set. Loved the kitchen. It was a great space for us all to be together. Hot tub was amazing. The host, Tyler, was very quick to respond when I contacted him. Great property

Overall, the rental was fine for a 2 night stay of our group of 8 people. The neighborhood is safer than it looked upon first arriving and we had no issues with neighbors.The house itself has a lot of space and was clean, but could use some TLC. Those staying upstairs liked the bathroom and said it had great shower pressure. The downstairs shower had some issues getting the hot and cold water to mix out of the main nozzle. We chose to stay in Jeffersonville vs Louisville because of this property's hot tub amenity and the large dining table. Unfortunately, the previous renters broke the hot tub. Tyler was a very kind and responsive owner, and spent the duration of our stay getting a new one installed, but we couldn't use it until late in the evening on our last night. And then after about an hour, the power tripped the circuit breaker, so it was unusable again. Neither situation was the Owners fault and we appreciated his efforts to get it back up and running, but ultimately we didn't get to enjoy what was the selling feature of this property. Tyler agreed to a late check out when I asked, but others in my group felt we should have been offered some kind of discount for not having full use of amenities.
